Due to higher venue rent, classes have increased by £1.00. I try and keep costs low.

Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions for Hybrid Yoga 200 Hour Foundation Plus Teacher Training Course

1. Enrolment and Eligibility

Applicants must have a strong and consistent yoga practice, with at least two years of regular class attendance. A enrolment interview is required to ensure readiness and alignment with the program.
Enrolment is confirmed once the completed application form has been received, reviewed, and approved by the course provider.

2. Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a place on the course.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by the specified date before the course begins.
Payment plans may be available by prior arrangement, and all agreed payments must be made on or before the due dates.

3. Refund Policy

  • The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • If a student withdraws from the course more than 30 days before the start date, any balance paid (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.

  • If withdrawal occurs within 30 days of the start date, no refund will be given.

  • Once the course has begun, no refunds or transfers will be issued for any reason, including illness, personal circumstances, or changes in schedule.

  • In the event that the provider cancels the course, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course.

4. Attendance and Completion

Students are required to attend all scheduled sessions and complete all coursework, assignments, and assessments to qualify for certification.
If unavoidable absence occurs, the student must arrange a make-up session at an additional cost, subject to trainer availability.
Certificates will only be awarded once all contact hours, practical assessments, and written work are complete.

5. Conduct and Professional Standards

All students are expected to maintain a high standard of professional conduct throughout the training. This includes respect toward trainers, peers, and the learning environment.
Disruptive, disrespectful, or unethical behaviour may result in dismissal from the course without refund.
Students must avoid teaching or sharing material from the course as their own until certification is granted.

6. Health, Safety, and Liability

By enrolling, students confirm they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the training.
Any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or relevant circumstances must be disclosed prior to acceptance.
Students take full responsibility for their own health and wellbeing during all sessions.
The provider and venue accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the training, except in cases of proven negligence.

7. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

All written materials, manuals, and resources provided are the intellectual property of the course provider.
They are for personal study only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Media and Photography Consent

Photographs or short video clips may be taken during training for educational or promotional purposes.
By signing the acknowledgment form, students consent to the use of their image unless they notify the provider in writing prior to the start of the course.

9. Force Majeure

The provider is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, pandemics, or government restrictions.
In such cases, the provider will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions or provide remote learning alternatives, but refunds will not be issued for circumstances outside the provider’s control.

10. Post-Course Mentoring

The course includes two months of post-course mentoring, featuring bi-weekly 1:1 check-ins, class observation and feedback, sequencing guidance, and continued trainer access.
This support is designed to help graduates transition from training to teaching with confidence and clarity.
Mentoring sessions are scheduled within the agreed two-month period and cannot be carried forward or exchanged for monetary value.

11. Agreement and Acknowledgment

By signing the student acknowledgment form, the applicant confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
Enrolment on the course signifies acceptance of these terms.
