A practical, anatomy-led yoga teacher training for people who want to teach safely, confidently, and without spiritual fluff.
This 200-hour yoga teacher training is designed for people who want a clear, grounded understanding of how bodies move — and how to teach yoga in a way that builds strength, control, and trust.
There is no emphasis on performance, spiritual language, or aesthetic shapes.
Instead, the focus is on anatomy, movement principles, and practical teaching skill.
You’ll learn how to observe bodies, cue clearly, adapt intelligently, and teach with confidence — whether or not you choose to teach full-time.
Start date: 12 September
Location: Cotswolds, England
Investment: £3,000
Deposit: £500 (payment plans available)
Places: Limited to 12
This training is built around one simple principle:
Understanding how the body works changes how you teach.
Rather than memorising postures or following fixed sequences, you’ll learn:
The emphasis is on why things work, not just what to do.
Teaching is treated as a skill that can be learned, practised, and refined — not something that depends on flexibility, performance, or personality.
This training is suited to:
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You do need curiosity, commitment, and a willingness to learn.

This course is practical, grounded, and anatomy-led by design.
The Hybrid Yoga Foundation Plus 200-Hour Teacher Training takes place over 10 weekends, combining immersive, in-person learning with guided personal study.
You’ll attend 1 long weekend (Friday–Sunday) and 9 regular weekends (Saturday–Sunday).
This structure allows you to absorb the material gradually, integrate it into your own practice, and maintain balance alongside your daily life.
Each training day runs from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including a one-hour lunch break and two shorter rest breaks.
This provides 8.5 hours of contact time per day, ensuring you receive the depth, repetition, and hands-on experience needed to build confidence in teaching.
Expect a mix of theory, practice, discussion, and reflection — no two weekends are ever the same.
This is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training.
These combined hours meet the full requirements for Yoga Alliance 200-Hour certification.
The Hybrid Yoga Foundation Plus course is a Yoga Alliance Certified 200-Hour Teacher Training.
On successful completion, you’ll be qualified to teach yoga worldwide as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).
Certification is awarded upon completing all course hours, assignments, and assessments.
Training takes place at The Yurt at Lifeworks, located behind the village of Charfield in Gloucestershire.
Surrounded by open fields, a gentle stream, and countryside views, it’s a serene and private space designed for immersive learning.
